CNA Testing:

• We are a regional test site and you will test at our facility as soon as your background screening is cleared through the testing company, Prometric.
• Since you will test in the same facility that you have practiced in for 3 weeks, the testing environment and equipment will all be familiar. 
• No hidden fees ...everything (excluding $15.00 fingerprint charge) included in Total Tuition .

CNA Exam Prep Class fees:

1.  Class tuition is $392.50. There is also test fees for the state exam. (No matter where you go
     to school, these fees are required) These fees are $182.50 . Total fee: $575.00 

2.  To secure a seat,  students must call for an appointment to register.  We
     offer two options for paying fees.
     (1) pay in full upon registration.  
     (2) pay 1/2 ($287.50) on registration with remaining 1/2 ($287.50)   due 
          on or before the first day of class. 
         
3.  Tuition covers the class, books, NEW STATE REQUIRED BACKGROUND     
     SCREENING and state test fees.

4.  All fees paid are subject to Superior Training Services refund policy. Please

     and all major cards.



120 Hour CNA Program Fees:

1.  Full tuition is $775.00.

2.  To secure a seat,  students must call for an appointment to register.  We
     offer two options for paying fees.
     (1) pay in full upon registration.  
     (2) pay 1/2 ($387.50) on registration with remaining 1/2 ($387.50)   due 
          on or before the first day of class. 
         
3.  Tuition covers the class, books, NEW STATE REQUIRED BACKGROUND

One Day Skills Review Fees:

1.  Class Fee for Skills Review  is $75.00

2.  To secure a seat, students may pay by telephone using a credit card or come to the office
     to register. We will accept cash, money order and all major credit cards. Registration prior
     to class is recommended. However, if a seat is available on class day, a student may pay
     at the time of class.

CPR Class Fees:

1.  Class fee for CPR is $45.00.  

2.  To secure a seat, students may pay by telephone using a credit card or come
     to the office to register. We will accept cash, money order and all major
     credit cards. Registration prior to class is recommended. However, if a seat
     is available on class day, a student may pay at the time of class. 
 
3.  The AHA requires that each student have access to a student manual. The
     manual can be purchased online at the following web sites. Superior
     Training does not endorse or recommend any one web site and they
     are listed in no particular order.

First Aid Class Fees:

1.  Class fee for First Aid is $25.00

Bloodborne Pathogens Class Fees:

1.  Class fee for Bloodborne Pathogens  is $15.00

     is available on class day, a student may pay at the time of class.

Med. Tech. Class Fees:

1.  Class fee for Med. Tech. is $50.00

Phlebotomy Continuing Education Class Fees:

1.  Class fee for Phlebotomy is $395.00. THIS FEE INCLUDES THE NATIONAL  
     TEST FEES.This fee is to be paid when registering for the class.

2.  To secure a seat, students may pay by telephone using a credit card or come
     to the office to register. If paying over the telephone, the student will need 
     to fax or email the license or certification that the student possesses. We
     will accept cash, money order and all major credit cards. Registration prior
     to class is recommended. However, if a seat is available on class day, a
     student may pay prior to class start time. You must arrive 10 to 15
     minutes early if registering on the day of class.

EKG TECH. CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASS:

1. Class fee for EKG is $250.00. THIS FEE INCLUDES THE NATIONAL TEST FEES.This fee is
    to be paid when registering for the class.

    register. If paying over the telephone, the student will need  to fax or email the license or
    certification that the student possesses. We will accept cash, money order and all major credit
    cards. Registration prior to class is recommended. However, if a seat is available on class day,
    a student may pay prior to class start time. You must arrive 10 to 15 minutes early if registering 
    on the day of class.
