Directions:  From I 295 and Blanding Blvd. Take Blanding Blvd. south for 4.5 miles. Turn left onto College Drive. Go under the traffic light at Peoria Rd. We are the first building on the left.

Directions: Traveling south on US 1 from St. Augustine, approximately 3 miles south of Walmart, first left past Dollar General Shopping Center across from Prosperity Bank.
From Palm Coast, Palatka and surrounding vicinities: Traveling US 1,  4 miles north of SR 206, first right past Wildwood Drive (Publix Shopping Center) and across from Prosperity Bank.
From Jacksonville, traveling south on I-95, exit 5 miles past the Outlet Mall on SR207. Turn right on Wildwood Avenue and follow around to US 1. Turn left on US 1 and turn right on the next street (Deltona Blvd.) at Prosperity Bank. Facility is located on the right.
